I think it's based on future expectations... I heard that their management has been saying how the price will "sure go up" once renovations are done...

well i'm not sure how MBFC is doing but working in suntec, i can see a lot of ppl affected by the renovation, thus if it is about looking forward, should't the investor be expecting lower dividen as their income is reduce.
Yet i see the price keeps going up and no sign of share buyback or such stuff.

no offence just that i was hoping for it to drop to get in the boat. :)

Sorry bro, think you missed the boat. A few weeks back there was a sudden drop to about 1.71 for no reason. Pity I had no capital to go in then. Now it's up by 5%...

yah, i was hoping this renovation move will cause it to drop to 1.5 or below then i pick up (never say never :s13:), now just have to look at others but will continue to monitor.

I went there to eat last week at Tony Roma's. When I was walking pass the kopitiam at B1, I was like FWA! All the individual hawker stall's brand quite atas huan. Don't pray pray, it's like they vet through the stall and taste the food before letting them to sub a stall at the food court.

the foodcourt is now changed to Food Republic and most of the eataries around it == toastbox, ramenplay, can't rem if there is din tai fung are all under breadtalk group...basically it seems BTG rented a whole chunk of their space.... thats why i targeting BTG now. :)
