To make it in short, correction can come in at any point in time. It can be in Nov to Dec or May to Aug. Instead of focusing on when correction is going to come, it is better to focus more prudently in the company you are interested in buying.

I think private placement means it is offered to the institutional investors only i.e Bbs.. only if its a rights issue then will it be extended to retails investors..
