i see this as a 2 way cycle vice versa

landlord increase rental price - > Shop Owners increase your goods price also -> in the end back to us again:s13:

Industrial reits are way scarier, double digit rental growth.

A-REIT slight increase in DPU from 3.55 to 3.64 (2.5%).

Revenues increased by 8.1% to $163mio.
Net Property Income increased by 7.7% to $116mio.

Pls note that A-REIT has switched from quarterly to sem-annually distribution. So this quarter DPU will be paid together with 2QDPU in Nov.
