I intend to post the Bedok Mall comment for CMT.

FCT has Bedok Point which is not doing so well. But anyway, the crown jewels of FCT are CWP and NP. The Woodlands Regional Hub and the current major development beside Yishun MRT will benefit FCT over the long-term.

Agree. In fact, FCT has a sort of retail building monopoly in the northern regions, therefore NP and CWP are the biggest cash cows in the whole portfolio.

BP is being overshadowed by Bedok Mall which is even in closer proximity to the interchange and MRT station. The question of BP IIRC was raised in AGMs before. The only way I see BP to make a turning point would be a unique tenant mix to differentiate itself from Bedok Mall.
