pros here
can advise me some counters to look at?
i understand that for industries there are the following- retail malls, office buildings, industrial warehouses, healthcare

i am currently vested in areit and cmt as it has the highest rating, but small small only .
areit to me has mny different type of properties so its good .

i am interested in office buildings and retail malls and medicine(for that i think i will aim plife)

my aims: im really just looking for stability, lower yield nevermind, as long as >=6% , im good.

perhaps name a few that warrents a closer look upon those requirements?

i also welcome general advice :D

also whats the diff between a reit and a trust ah? :s11:

SPH REIT - retail + medical.

FCOT - office + retail.

Suntec - office + retail.

All vested. Disclaimer applies, caveat emptor.
