Distribution is dpu right? That's the amount of $ given per share.

I want know the divvy yield :o

Yield depends on price...

If you wanna take current price,

(distribution/current price)*%=yield

Proper way is full year distributions/current price x 100%.

But if you want to compare with your entry price, is full year distributions/price that you bought x 100%.

If the full year is not up, they will use figures from the previous year as reference for calculation to the moment.

But if u want cal the yield shouldn't u use buy in price?

If u use buy in price to calculate what is it called ah?

oh ops i tot the list up thereis for XD

ahyo then i dont think i will get a round of divvy these time from cmt and areit , i bought them on 28/12 :(

the list up there is XD means the dividend deducted from share price on that day before start trading. For sph reit will be paid on 15 Feb for cdp account but scb normally get one day ltr

Does anyone know the dividend of CMT? I checked online only 5% and given out half yearly? Anyone can cfm

Given every quarter. The upcoming dividend scheduled for payment in Feb is not released yet.

For the exact dividends of CMT, you can try SGX website.
