want to hoot some REIT but don't know which is good... if choose 2 from the below what u guys will choose ah?

KEPPEL DC REIT
Keppel REIT
CapitaLand Commercial Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust
If is to buy tmr, i choose keppel reit and keppel dc reit. Keppel reit is cheap now. I do not do analysis but keppel gonna focus on property sector and keppel reit has not been a popular choice among SSI-ers. Buy now before it gets popular.

Not flame bait.

Actually, most brokerage daily newsletters and the REITs investor relations sites will tell you, too.

Bro bedok

MGCC can buy for cd, u think?

I usually do not recommend counters, but I am vested in MGCCT. At the moment it is at 70% of its NAV, which is a bargain, but its gearing is at 41%, which is higher than normal. It is a good starting proxy counter for the China and HK commercial (retail + office) properties.

REITs are usually good for collecting dividends, but have to choose the right ones.
