And very scared Kenya grilled during interview.. My love for aviation is real and genuine, although I'm not so sure if that is able to translate well to the interviewers due to nervousness

I believe the cutoff age is 32. You can apply but they may not offer you an interview.

Lets put it this way. Its the only sponsored cadetship, equips you with a widebody rating and has been closed for 3 to 4 years.

They can afford to pick the crème de la crème.

if one starts to ask about salary progression or even talk about salary, I think can already tell you're not in it because of your love for aviation but rather for the money

Even if they pay me $1000 a month to be a first officer, I will still gladly take the job
