For those who got rejected, you have a few options.

1) Stay with the plan if you do not need Malaysia Roaming data and have got some local data add-ons to extend the plan to 2028 at S$15.28 with free caller ID and free 5G access.

i chat with them via their whatsapp, i find mobile postpaid agent. you can also check whether your billing has any mention of (promo until bah bah date) on your sim plan name and add ons, if have then most probably wont increase. if dont have then would increase

the dataroam addon and extra 250G data are just free addon so will just go away by itself. caller id is extended till Jul 2028. 5G+ still there but only 40 GB. you can change anything on your plan (e.g autoroam) and see the your new service agreement.

but actually when looking at the new service agreement toward the end I also have another 120GB that was added in july (that's why the plan become 370GB) and dont have an expiry, so that would give a total of 160GB of 5G. not too bad if you don't want to pay 5$ extra and never go to malaysia and it looks like they did something to my plan on 16 July this year but never notify me.

2) Try the S$20.37 link if you do not mind paying S$5 more for the same benefits. Singtel keeps sending this S$20.37 offer to me.

Did you get rejected for your recontract order?

Usually you will try to recontract before contract end date.

Hello guys, my sim only plan ($15+ one) going to expire on 29 Sept. Have tried to apply for both the 300gb+ & 200gb+ $15.28 plan but both failed.

Any other sim only plans with similar benefits and price? I don't mind porting to other brand since singtel is getting worse lol.

It is normal that Singtel sent you the S$20.37 offer. You can always try out the S$15.28 250GB link first.

If still got rejected then you can refer to the above post #4042 and #4046 for the options.

sagu suggest that if they reject the $15.28 250GB plan, one can call Singtel to ask them why reject and let them know there are other $15 and lower plans with other telcos and give Singtel a final opportunity to offer

I showed them both links for 240gb and 340gb on whatsapp and the dude asked me where I found the link. They say cannot find the recontract promo under my father's name. They then offered me the $20 plan , I told them I'll think about it.

I think it is kind of useless using Whatsapp or 1688 to ask for the SingTel S$15.28 recontract offer based on the previous reports.

Not so sure which team is handling this special Recontract offer.

Actually there were concerns last time that the more users contact SingTel for the S$15.28 recontract offer, the likely that more would get rejected in the future.

Anyway, I think the recent rejection may be due to a policy change inside SingTel. Let's see when the recontract offer would be accepted for most users again.

In your case, you should really try the S$6 Senior Plan recontract link provided by Sagu.

He's above 60 but not eligible since is recontract, the agent told me only for new signup/ port in

Indeed this recently lauched recontract link is for targeted existing Singtel 5G Senior customers.

If you are in the targeted list of recontract customers, your application will be approved and you will receive the service agreement shortly after.

If you are not in the targeted list of recontract customers and you use the link to submit your application, then your application will be auto-rejected by the system and you will receive a reject SMS informing you that you are not eligible for this promotion.

However, with the rejection, you can try your lucks to call Singtel hotline at 65381121 to appeal against their rejection. There are pretty good chance that Singtel may eventually approve the application after a few days.

I checked my earlier post about the special Singtel SIM Only recontract offer "hidden link", I think it existed as early as Dec 2019 when I converted my second Singtel mobile postpaid line from Combo 2 (Dec 2017 to Dec 2019) to Singtel SIM Only.

At that time, it was S$25 per month for 40GB data or S$20 per month for 20GB. I chose to go with S$25 for 40GB as it would reverted to 20GB since I did not there would be similar offer down the road.

The S$25 promotion is different, you got 40GB data and free Caller ID.

But after 12months you can check to see if they have new promotion or port out to things like S$20 20GB Gomo plan with free caller ID.

And it is good to see SingTel values existing customers and offer better benefits than people jumping ship from other telcos in this case.

Yes I have two Singtel Combo 2 lines. One line (for my wife) just got changed to the S$25 40GB SIM only plan with 12month contract.

The other line is still under contract with Combo 2 and Data x 3 add-on to get just 6GB per month. But since I need SingTel circle benefits and I am okay with 6GB, so I will keep it.

I checked mine (actually my wife is using the line, was SingTel Combo 2), the line has 40GB data, 1350 minutes and 2000SMS. The extra minutes and SMS are useless though.

Since that there are such links --> S$20, or slightly higher (due to GST increase), S$20.37 and now S$15.28.

It is sad that recontract of this line to get rejected after so many years.

Yup, this has been called out prior. Alot of smart alecks still go call in 1688 or WhatsApp when stated filling the form will do.
Now we are probably seeing the results.

My first Singtel Mobile line (since September 2013) was converted from Combo 2 line to Singtel SIM Only in Jan 2022.

My second line was using S$25 per month plan from Dec 2019 to Dec 2021, then S$22.67 from Dec 2021.

My remaining SingTel Combo 2 plan contract is going to end on 18 Jan 2022.

I received an SMS offer from SingTel yesterday. This is a good recontract offer so I just signed up with the link. Hopefully this order will go through. Our other line is the S$22.67 for 60GB offer last month (with only 50% OFF Caller ID).

Just an update.

SingTel has processed the order and the order is successful. The new SIM Only contract will start immediately after my existing Combo 2 plan expires. This is nice.

Finally got rid of this Combo 2 plan (since Sept 2013) and finally I am no longer a Singtel Circle member.

New SingTel SIM Only plan:
60GB plan at $20/mth + 1000 mins + 500 SMS + FREE Caller ID for 12 months , 12 months contract.

Just want to mention there are now two types of recontract promotion for existing Singtel customers. I tend to think the first link is more towards targeted customer and the second link will be open to more customers. No harm trying the first link and if not successful try the second link. But no guarantee that the second link will work either if you have not received an SMS offer link.
