My $20 plan just ended on Monday. Tried the $15 form but rejected. Trying another form now.

Anyone successful to recontract to the $15 from the $20 plan? Checked my email only received recontract offer for the $19 plan

Another line (used by my wife) with contract ending on 10 Oct 2026, somehow I see 550GB local data now, no change in 50GB Malaysia roaming data. I can see there is a free 300GB local data add-on. It is supposed to be 250GB. Not so sure when the 300GB is added. Anyway, no use for her either...

Just clicked the 340GB recontract link for this line and let's see how it goes.

Just clicked the 340GB recontract link for this line and let's see how it goes.

There are two S$15.28 recontract links now, new link with 340GB local data and the old link with 250GB local data. There are reports that the new 340GB link will more likely be rejected.

Okay, it immediately got rejected saying I am not eligible.

Now trying the 250GB Link.

Are you using the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan with 12 month contract? As per the reports, these users will get rejected for the S$15.28 plan.

Or are you using the old S$20.37 per month plan?

I see. In this case indeed it is better to move out of SingTel MNO plans.

If my recontract for the second S$15.28 line got rejected, I would also move out and most likely switch to SingTel hi! Postpaid plan as my wife seems to like it for China roaming.

I ported out my Zym test line to SingTel hi! Postpaid and paid S$41 in total for three months (first two months at S$13 per month, port-in offer; S$15 for the 3rd month after I change the plan from recurring plan to one time plan). My wife used this line for China roaming.

The reason to choose Singtel hi! in this case is because of 150 days grace period for the base plan without payment.

I tried to recontract using both the 340GB Link and the 250GB link, but i got rejected for both (the sms says my mobile number is not eligible for the promotion).

Unfortunately it indeed got rejected. Never happened before.

If still got rejected, I will consider the following three options.

1) Starhub Prepaid S$15 5G plan
2) M1 Maxx S$12 5G plan

singtel support told me to wait until expiry then renew.
i tried to remove some free stuff beforehand and indeed the 15.28 can continue until mid 2028, but the free extra 5G and roaming will go away

What does that mean? Do you still have 250GB local data and 50G Malaysia Roaming in the end?
