which 15.28 still work? how to know reject?

You should contact SingTel directly for the recontract as the S$15.28 online recontract links (340GB and 250GB) do not seem to work any more.

They will send you an SMS to tell you if they reject your request.

Here is the SMS they sent to my second S$15.28 line which got rejected on 17 September 2026.

If they accept your recontract order for the S$15.28 plan, they will send you an email with a password protected service agreement zip file.

They will also send you an SMS to tell you the the password.

Example from my first S$15.28 line which has no issues to get the recontract order approved on 30 June 2026.

They also rejected my 2 recontracts..
Overlooked and my contract was expired on 23rd September 2026; checked my September bill and found out the following:

Add on Services
10GB Local Data (Ends on 23 Sep 2026)
20GB Local Data (Ends on 23 Sep 2026)
30GB Local Data (Ends on 23 Sep 2026)
50GB Local Data (Ends on 23 Sep 2026)
Add'l 100GB Local Data Bundle
5G Service
Auto-Subscribe ReadyRoam
Barring Service (International Incoming Voice)
Barring Service (International Incoming SMS)
Bundled Roaming Malaysia (50GB)
Caller-ID (Promo ends on 15 Jul 2028)
Addl 120GB Local Data Bundle
Pay-As-U-Roam
5G Access (Promo ends on 15 Jul 2028)

Means they still gave me Bundled Roaming Malaysia (50GB)? Think I will just stick with this $15.28/month plan without recontract even the local data dropped from 250GB to 160GB now.
They also rejected my 2 recontracts which I submitted yesterday.

160GB local data is good enough and will use my SIMBA/Eight when need travel to Malaysia.
;)

There are a few successful stories recently.

Clicking the S$15.28 recontract link used to be the recommended way. But now it does not seem to work since August 2026. You have to contact SingTel through 1688 or WhatsApp and negotiate with them now. YMMV on the outcomes. Use your negotiation power...

Some of the users also got rejected when upgrading from S$15.28 plan to the S$19.25 Enhanced Lite plan, or recontract the S$19.25 Enhanced Lite plan. Based on the reports, most likely they will approve after you appeal by contacting SingTel.

ya..... thanks for the info!
