Wanted to share that I was able to successfully recontract from the M plan to the $15.28 plan. I tried doing so since Jul but only successful now.

My original contract end date was in Oct, so I guess can only recontract within 1 month of end date.

Eh. XO plan is dam old. You’re likely out of contract as well. Why not just submit the form.

Thanks for sharing. My XS plan is due to end in Oct too.

Just want to confirm there's no penalty for early recontract to a 'lower' tier plan (i.e. $15.28 plan)?

If you submit the form and is approved, a representative will call you. You can ask about the details at that point.

Can I ask, for anyone who can confirm:

If you are currently on any Singtel SIM-only plans (e.g. the $40 enhanced core) and then you port over to the $15 plan, does your existing physical Singtel SIM card (or eSIM) remain the same after the above-mentioned port over?

I don't want incur charges for another new physical SIM card lol.

AFAIK they won't volunteer to change SIM card for you. It's on the onus of the user to check for compatibility of card and phone for the subscribed plan.

Usually nobody will called you. If successfully process and approved you will receive the contract via email. That all.

Looks like there is two ways it can happen. My contract expires in October and I’m here wondering if I can apply for this plan in advance (takes effect right after current contract ends) or I apply early and they re-contract sooner without early termination fees.

Expiring in October, you can apply now.

Once they approve your application, you won't be charged termination fee, regardless of when the new contract starts.

You're not terminating your line but just applying for an earlier recontract. They'll either accept or reject, no termination fee.

Can you help me or us understand how come the model of the phone changes from OnePlus 13 to OnePlus Nord 3 5G?
