Based on your screenshot, look at the Subscription Charge date (to 24 September 2025), then look at the individual tryout service end date (23 September 2025). There is an additional day not "covered" by the tryout period. So, there is a charge of a day of service for each expired tryout service.

Hope this clarifies the charging.
Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

So we'll not be charged for the 60-day trial period, but only if we do not call in to cancel, that's when they'll start charging? :s11:

Thanks! ✌️

Yes.
All trial service, at the end of the trial period, customers must self cancel the service should the customer not want to continue with the service. Otherwise, Singtel will bill you the regular price of the service in your monthly billing, subject to pro-ratings for the month, once the trial period has lapsed.

During the free trial, there will be no charges incurred. Charges will be incurred, based on pro-rating, once the trial period has lapsed and customer did not call in via hotline to terminate or self terminate using Singtel app.

Huat??!!

Like that have to send an email to SingTel to cancel before the 60 days is up.

Anyway, my experience using the line was that the battery consumption is slightly higher as compared to Zero1 5G NSA network. Also, it could be having two networks connected simultaneously.

No need to email.
Just call hotline to terminate the trial service or self terminate the trial service using Singtel app.

A revised Service Agreement without the terminated service will be sent to the customer upon successful termination.

Any over-charging of bills due to the pro-rating, will be reversed in the subsequent month's bill.

Anybody can confirm that these charges apply only to the free 5G priority trial and doesn't apply to the free sim for elderly 2 months free sim trial?

2 separate matters to begin with.

2 months free and chargable thereafter for the Senior plan, which was stated upon sign up.
As compared to the trial eSIM where it only states for 2 months trial at no cost, and I believe the presumption was that it will be automactically terminated by Singtel after the 2 months from activation of usage.

Shall wait and see for upcoming and following bill if there's an charges/terminated.

I remember reading the T&C for the 5G+ Priority is that no matter what you do, Singtel will automatically terminate after 60 days. Even if you want to keep the number, you cannot.

There's this clause that the line will automatically be terminated.

What happens at the end of the 60 days?
Rest assured; this FREE 5G+ Priority experience will automatically come to an end after 60 days.

Warning to those who signed up for scummy Singtel's free 2-month SG60 trial.

First of all, their FAQ (captured on the Internet Archive) clearly states:

I signed up not because I wanted to use the free data. I really wanted to test their so-called Priority service, and I was not impressed. So I stopped using it after just 2 weeks, turned off the eSIM on my phone and forgot about it - because they said don't worry, right? It will end after 60 days.

Yesterday, I received my Singtel bill (I only have a broadband service with them) and saw that it was significantly higher than my usual bill. Guess what? They auto-renewed the 5G plan!

I contacted Singtel today and they said, oh because postpaid plans are charged in advance, and my trial ends in mid-September, therefore they charged me ahead of time.

WTF?!

I don't know if they had sent me any SMS to the trial number, but I wouldn't have received it anyway because the eSIM was already deactivated on my phone. They didn't send me any email for sure, to warn me that my trial was ending, and that I would have to CANCEL IT MANUALLY, otherwise it would be auto-renewed.

So much for "will automatically end"?

so in my case, i will initiate a termination on the 23rd sep, so singtel will pro-rate back my 1 day service in my sep or oct bill... :s13:

Yes, that's the impression I have too.
That's why I didnt bother to follow up since that was the understanding since the beginning. :o

I previously shared IIRC that cannot port/recontract too. The options are locked.

Yup, I read about the auto-termination as well, otherwise I wouldn't have signed on.
