me, i ported from myrepublic 5g to the Singtel esim free 1 month plan , and then changed to 20.37/mths plan subsequently.

Only if they release that free trial a month later

Does your $20 contract comes with those standard bells and whistles like free Disney+, CAST pack etc?

@Mach3.2 have you receive redemption letter for your Razer mouse? Almost end of the month liao still no news on it.. They better don't make us ask for it..

sharing my experience..... recent recontract.... spend 2 x 90 mins doing recontract.

Every time, they like to bundle the additional free trial ... which i don't need.
then ask to buy phone, fiber plan, tv plan.... zzz
In the end, add 1 5g activation cost... sometimes they will waive, sometimes they suka suka add in.

i gave up on singtel liao.

I think it's better to just tell them directly what u only need and clarified all extra activation costs like I did when I signed up for my current plan. Save each other's time.

i told them what i need. then they keep asking.
The most frustrating part is they take every 10+ mins to reply.
the first cso said system cannot recontract, will open ticket and do follow up... but nothing.

last time recontract 5 mins done.... this time spent 180mins

this process sounds exactly like my recent gomo experience. feels like they are trying to wear me down into submission. Just left another very bad taste in my mouth regarding singtel.

He meant Singtel upped the data from 100GB to 150GB, while maintaining same price.

No mention of free caller ID, roaming is 1 time thing.

12mths free Caller ID stated in the promotion banner.

Roaming is one time, better than nothing at least compared to the rest.
