Thanks for the updates. I have added a note to the post to mention that the link with 340GB local data may have expired.

The other link with 250GB local data should still be valid.

340gb $15.28 plan is still valid:
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/eform/campaign/simonly-w14-6

250gb $15.28 plan:
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/eform/simonlyplusform

only difference is 340gb plan has more local data and option to have 3 months free of iqiyi or ST digital.

Those on the existing S$15.28 plan should be okay.

My S$15.28 plan contract would expire on 13 August 2026 but I clicked the recontract link a bit earlier this time and no issues with the recontract.
May i know which date did you submit the recontract form for the 250gb $15.28 plan?

Is 10 days before contract end date sufficient?

Singtel 5G SA also no use on DTL during peak hours.. i had to switch my $15.28 to 4G and it was usable again.

Looks like DTL and NSL underground MRT stations may have issues for the SingTel SIM Only S$15.28 plan during peak time.

So far I do not have issues with EWL and Circle Line underground MRT stations but I only take MRT during peak time very occasionally. YMMV.

For NSL, my Starhub Prepaid S 5G seems to be a bit better.

Seldom take DTL so I am not sure which network is better.

interesting 'hack'... means your $15.28 contract is now valid for more than 12 months++? what about the bundled 50gb msia roaming data, talktime, sms and 5G access? this is a really good plan if it works as per agreement till 2028 and beyond.
Ported out liao, if I remember correctly, the rest mostly don't have

Seems like the cheapest hi senior plan only left with the $7 5G plan? ST own senior plan seems to be at $12 now

This is probably only for targeted existing SIngTel Senior 5G plan customers.

Indeed this recently lauched recontract link is for targeted existing Singtel 5G Senior customers.

If you are in the targeted list of recontract customers, your application will be approved and you will receive the service agreement shortly after.

If you are not in the targeted list of recontract customers and you use the link to submit your application, then your application will be auto-rejected by the system and you will receive a reject SMS informing you that you are not eligible for this promotion.

However, with the rejection, you can try your lucks to call Singtel hotline at 65381121 to appeal against their rejection. There are pretty good chance that Singtel may eventually approve the application after a few days.

no caller ID on the hi! plan
apac/worldwide roaming data on the hi! plan
unlimited local calls and sms on the hi! plan
500gb data on the hi! plan

1) Check out the following thread to see the differences.

SingTel S$15.28 will have higher priority for local usages. It has 250GB or 340GB local data bundle which is good enough for most users. It only has 50GB Malaysia Roaming. But if you pay for the more expensive roaming add-on, it will have higher roaming priority as well. It supports roaming voice and SMS but the charges are very high.

SingTel hi! Postpaid S$15 5G plan has higher local data and roaming data bundles. Better roaming bundles is the main advantage. It has lower priority for local usage and roaming.

Thread 'I dont understand Singtel's pricing' https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/threads/i-dont-understand-singtels-pricing.7219038/

2) SingTel hi! Postpaid plan has free Caller ID.

https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/hi/hi-plan-faq

hi! Plan does not support these features:

• Roaming calls and SMS services are not available while overseas. However, you can still receive OTPs in destinations that support 3G networks.

• Outgoing local calls to 1900 numbers

• Incoming and outgoing video calling

• Incoming and outgoing MMS

• Outgoing Global SMS

• Transfer of ownership

3) In any case, SingTel hi! does not have contract, you can always give it a try to see if it is good enough for you or not.
