you can remove the cyber pack, caller id is free. I just signed up for the 1-year 5G ,$28 nett with 24 months of caller id free, 150 GB .

call the telesales to help you making adjustments.

those cyber security **** will just slow down the download speed with latency.

There are 2 new SIM only 5G plan called Star Plan

$29.99 - 100GB, 1000mins, 100 local and international SMS and 200min IDD

$39.99 - 150GB, 5000mins, 200 local and international SMS, 400min IDD and 2GB roaming.

the IDD and roaming is to 20 locations

U can see the new plan in starhub app. $30/mth, 1000mins, 100 local and international sms, 200 IDD call, 100GB, free caller id, 5G.

No caller id charge and no contract somemore apparently?

But need to be a new line signup, cannot convert existing StarHub line.

Hi StarHub something is wrong with your App, I try to tap on the QR link to collect the sim card in your envolope icon. But I tap it nothing happen, I am not able to generate QR code as the result. I call your 1633 they tell me to use the app, I ask them to send me the QR code to my email, they say cannot, they tell meto use the app to get the QR. I already tell them that my app is not responding when I tap, and they ask me to try with different devices, end up is the same, can you tell me how can I collect the physical sim without QR code then?

i experienced it in my app, anyone experiencing the same?
