Can go to flower market, fruit farm, carton king, annie's princess garden, caowu trail etc.

BF not really keen to get up early to join sunrise tour at hehuanshan. He suggests staying at a good minsu @ CingJing with a good view. Any other good choices beside 枫丹白露 minsu?

Yes, lavender cottage is out (not season see nothing)
Zhong She Flower mkt still ok since got different type of flower blossom.
Can go 921 Earthquake Museum, fruit farm depend on season and type of fruit, mushroom farm + lunch there, nearby got tong tong dessert.
Nothing beats 松雪楼
Star Villa, big open place and good spot to see stars at night. Location also good.

I didn't see sunrise, dead tried so wake up late. You can check tripadvisor reviews as many sg ppl stay there before.

Check in fast, room very big and comfortable.
Staffs very friendly and helpful, give free ride to cingjing farm and bus terminal.
Can borrow binocular to see stars at night, stars are brighter and closer than any where I have been. I bring my own binocular.
A 5 to 7 mins walk from minsu to main road where carton king and small swiss are located. From cingjing farm walk the sky bridge to the end about 30 mins, turn right you will see the small road to minsu.
Check out is even faster.
Can take E-Go bus from bus terminal straight to Taipei, can ask minsu staff about this, cost 600 per pax.
Will stay here again and highly recommended to others to stay here.

i went the lavender place too and find it a waste of time :/
Check IG see got people post boh.
If not you have to book sunrise trip to hehuanshan with minsu.
