The CW has released official stills and behind-the-scenes images from next Tuesday's episode of The Flash, which is titled “The Runaway Dinosaur” and features filmmaker Kevin Smith (Clerks, Mallrats) as its director.

KEVIN SMITH DIRECTS – With Barry (Grant Gustin) gone, the team must figure out a way to handle the return of an old enemy – Girder (guest star Greg Finley). Realizing Girder is retracing his steps from his last attack, Iris (Candice Patton) volunteers to act as bait to trap him in S.T.A.R. Labs. Meanwhile, Barry fights to return to his old life.

Kevin Smith (Clerks) directed the episode written by Zack Stentz (Thor).

“The Runaway Dinosaur” will air Tuesday, May 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET on The CW.

Ehhhh, how does this particle acceleration works ah?

For Barry, he will gets the speedster power because of the chemical injected and Lightning induced. For Junior west and Jesse, they never gets the chemical and lightning treatment, so they may get other power?

On the other hand, in Flash universe, can suka suka create meta human liao if the Star team knows what "ingredients" given will yield what sort of power?

2 possibilities:
1) they got hit by the thing AFTER it has gone through barry / the speed force
2) they also got hit by the electrical sparks from the ceiling lights as the dark matter wave was passing through them


also another one, jessie did get electrocuted shortly before she got struck (when hot wiring the wall to open the door). that may or may not be relevant, simultaneous exposure may not be required.

It would be nice, cos after all, the real Golden Age Flash is supposed to be old, not around the same age as Barry.

But then again, John Wesley Shipp has developed a helluva beer belly... No more abs = no more spandex

Or maybe it's the loose clothings and jumpsuits that made him seem stockier. Let's hope so....

But seriously, after like 2 seasons which depended heavily on secret speedster's identities, if there is a 3rd season, who else can become the next mystery villain???

Black Flash?
Professor Zoom?
Cobalt Blue?

Probably next season's Big Bad's identity will be Eddie Thawne, since the guy already died at Quantico's first half season, so I guess he is free to go back to The Flash as a regular

The only way that is possible if Henry Allen has a twin brother....and his mother is separated from the father, and one son takes on the mom's family name...Jay Garrick cos he is raised by her....and the other is raised by his dad, a Mr something Allen.

Cos otherwise how would Earth's 2 Barry's name be Barry Allen.

Earth's 2 Barry Allen would also know if his dad has been kidnapped by Zoom unless they never kept in touch.

could well be a bit of both

i remember noticing him wear clown shoes (no kidding) just to increase the size of his feet while being the flash


he also obviously had a lot of padding
