Changed 2.979 yesterday at arcade. Someone just cut my queue when he bring out 50k sgd to change RM :(

there's 2 at komtar level 3 (or is it 2) beside the escalator that leads to city sq.
usually their rates are 0.01 or 0.005 better than the other city sq or sentral changers.
