The one beside Jiu Xian beancurd at Toa Payoh Central tends to offer good prices, compared to their competitors..

Actually, there was once I changed money at another money changer and I realised komtar (jbcc) was higher..

The original 2 in Komtar JBCC used to give the best rates in the area, so I'm quite surprised to read it's lower.

I noticed a 3rd changer the last time I was there.

I usually go to the 2 shops behind bedok point. Got carpark easy for me. Plus their rates pretty good.
