Hmm have a purple set here. Not sure why but the wifi only sees the 2.4ghz band and not the 5ghz band? Not sure is it my router but other devices can see the 5ghz band..

anyone with similar experience?

Can anyone confirm if the xperia z allows apps2SD? It would be good to have so that we can conserve internal memory.

update I just use my xperia z with wifi on to watch xinmsn the back of the phone will be very hot

Normal as it is enclosed due to waterproof. Hee hee

Did u use the charger provided by Sony? It is 1.5Amp as compare to normal 1Amp charger.

Older chargers were .5 - .55 (550 mah) actually, in line with basic USB spec.

Thanks! Just realised that my other android phone isn't able to see the 5.0ghz Band now as well iPad is still fine.

SAMOLED is not natural, it over-saturated. IPS screen is better.

maybe Sony can make it look nature?
