Manage to resolve the issue. Starhub change my Huawei router to Dlink Router N5402.

so i believe those who are still using Huawei Router likely to face the same problem.. so just go back to the service provider and ask them to change it (best to change it while you still have contract with them) and they replace it with no cost.

I got the same router as you, D-Link DVG-N5402. Huawei HG256s is really a basic router, but boots up faster than D-Link. If still got problem, can ask for waiver of service call and they change for you again.

Which shop sells the cheapest Xperia Z without contract ?

If we were to purchase the Xperia Z without contract at a cheaper price than $988, will Sony accept the warranty? Read few weeks ago that the service centre rejected it cause they were bought at 'cheaper' price. Still same scenario?

what did they do for u?

they install something on their side I juz need to reboot router. read from another foeum they got new firmware to solve the issue. can call & tell them abt xperia causing router to reboot. they will know what is the issue de.

Brother, they have stop this rules so whether you buy from which shop, your warranty will not be affected so not to worry.

I have issue when i am trying to make call, the screen will turn black (like hang) and not able to do anything. after a while it go back to my normal screen as if nothing happened, then suddenly my call screen appear and the call get thru and the calling time is like 1 min liao. this happened many times, is my phone problem or what ? But some time it was working fine .

I noticed this new problem occuring today. I have the 3G data on, then lock screen. But when I unlock screen, I notice both 3G and wifi is on, thus the wifi will "overwrite" the 3G.
Anyone else has this problem, and has solution???
