anyone experienced cracks in the screen itself like out of nowhere?i'm having these hairline cracks on the screen which i cant explain,just sent my phone in ytd :S

yes I experienced it too straigt line of crack .. allthough mine was in april /may they charged me for the repair.. but what I heard recently is they are covering it under warranty as long as there are no physical abuse marks on the screen or body...

yes now the waiting game begins. I have given the phone yesterday all though the lady at the counter did not question much .. she said we will do one round of water proof test ourselves again internally and then will upate she said.. not sure what kind a test they will .. coz if water enters again it may screw up more parts and more parts they need to replace... lol....

hopefully it's really the case how long will it take for the phone to be ready?or will they call after evaluation or sth?cos i want to ask them to replace the camera,the dust particles are still there :|

to be fairly honest ... physical damage they take 7-10 working days. for any manufactuiring defect its about 4-5 working days.. in this case 7 -10 days..

been a week now .. my phone at service center.. no updates I visited the service centre twice the Rep there just keeps saying they are doing intensive testing not sure wth that means when they know its their fault and have to replace it , what more testing are they doing for 5 days ?

and this time the email also support sucks 4 emails none of them responded..

i guess its pretty normal. i sent email after 1.5 weeks and they replied the next day. however they did not reply the 2nd email that i replied

Surprisingly i paid a visit to j8 and the guy said just 10 mins backit became ready.. its a one time .. one to one exchange. They did ...

the sheet they gave as the job reference as said its a one to one.. and its said only one time ..

best to visit the J8 once in a while and ask them directly coz like i said mine was ready and they take time to update sheet if you are patient enough ...

wow, thats great. mine they gave a list of part them change but it looked like they changed everything. so i have no idea why didnt they give an one to one

based it on the fact your phone does not live up to the resistance level and opt for a warranty

my phone (xperia Z) whenever fully charged(100%) the moment I unplug the cable less than a min. it drop to 99%.
is it normal ?
