I don't think there's a quick fix from what i saw in earlier posts other than changing to another router. Turn off stamina mode n see if it helps.

when i on location services in my phone i couldnt even search/locate my location in google maps?

Settings --> Google --> Location settings --> turn on Let Google apps access your location

when touch to off the screen,
either the screen will turn off and come back to lock screen
or you can see the screen is off but backlight is still on.

I only encountered sometime very dim blacklight on.
