The moment you tell them that you are using xperia z and pace router, they know what to do. .This is a Known problem to Singtel.

how long does it take to charge?
Mine takes 2.5 Hours to charge off wall charger, and 4 hours by USB cable in computer..
My S3 charge so fast.. like in 1.5 hour...

any idea?

Of course your S3 charge faster as the wall charger they give you is 2A while the one from Xperia Z is 1.5A.

If you want faster, then you can even get a wall charger which has output of 2.1A or even 3A, that will charge your phone even faster but not so sure on the durability of the battery though.

Oh. Thanks for your info cos I never and want to own a Samsung product but happen to see my friend's Samsung charger adaptor with output of 2A.

So the charging time also depend on the capacity of the battery of S3 with 2100mah versus Xperia Z of 2330mah, that explains why it take longer to charge your Xperia Z compared to your previous S3.

Does installing "battery guru" help in conserving battery on the XZ?
Because it needs location services for it to work.
