anyone can help? my xperia z's screen wont turn off and go into sleep mode. i adjusted the timing of inactivity before the phone goes into sleep mode but still doesnt change a thing. pls help!

try hardware reset. press power and vol down button.

Oh, do you mean Battery Guru by Qualcomm?

If you install this Battery Guru and let it running in the background, remember not to switch on Stamina Mode and let both run at the same time, this will cause the Stamina Mode time estimation to be affected.

Did you install the snap dragon battery guru app? This happened to me too, took a few days time narrow down the problem is most likely this app. Before uninstall, the screen will "secretly" lit up after I slept and sapping more than 90% battery. I have uninstalled it for about a week liao, and no more this problem.

I can't change my lock screen wallpaper. Went to SE service centre to service the software was fine at the point of time but when I got home the problem is still there

Did you install any other launcher or lock screen app? I suspect it might be affected by those apps.
