Guys, anyone has problems with the USB port coming loose?

My wife's 2 weeks old Xperia Z this morning USB port became loose. Dunno why. We're very careful with using the USB cable charger.
Now my wife mentioned its loose and charging is very iffy.

Anyone has such experience?

mine they replace almost all the parts FOC...........the repair summary 2 pages. :s22::s22:

Mine was half a page! Glad they replace new parts... almost like a new phone :p just that they took my expensive SP out and I asked them to paste back they look damn reluctant. gonna wait a while to see if the bubbles annoy me.. maybe I'll buy new one.

when send it in, all data will be wiped. How long arh? It depends if they have the parts to repair or not. If not it can take as long as a few weeks.
