What settings do i have to set if I want to access thumb drive. I bought a micro USB to USB adapter to plug in my thumb drive but nothing happens.

Anybody knows why?

have you got a OTG cable or just a micro usb to usb ? coz just micro usb to usb wont work , the pin config is different on a OTG cable..

sian today my Xperia Z crack for no reason...
put in pocket as usual and when i take it out of the pocket the screen cracked

can't press any number at the call page now

anyone can advise how much it cost to replace at sony and the duration of it ?

I suggest you could call up the service centre and enquire the rough estimate price.

If the price is around 200 - 300 you might as well get a new set, since it almost the trade-in value.

Just update my Z to 4.3 this yesterday over the mobile network, no need to link to com. Using Starhub btw.

I jus updated to 4.3 too. To be fair it really is more slick (dunno issit because of just power on only)

But I like don't like the new outlook.

One good thing, though.. the screen no longer wakes up from its sleep unnecessarily when you got incoming notifications.

Updated to 4.3. Not bad.. "faster" or more buttery is there.. the new outlook is also good for a refreshed feeling..

same experience last year...
under warranty - but do not cover screen crack - but I kpkb so they say will get 'approval' from japan to do it for me for free but no more warranty.

the cost quoted was sgd480 - i say MAD - cost a new Xperia Z in the market is only SGD520!

anyway got it done for free...

crazy - why the screen crack so easily ?
then quickly buy a cover ...cost sgd13 from JB -

Try this.

Settings-> Storage -> Transfer data to SD card -> select "Photos" and Transfer.

Did you enable the dev options/protect sd card?

quite a number of xperia users (Z, ZU, Z1) says tat their battery life improves after updated to 4.3

mine drain faster
about 30% faster
