Just farm for it, bobian one.
It's not that hard actually.

The first 12million is hard to get, but after you get that 12million, it becomes super easy to earn enough money to purchase bonds with gold when you have member.

My daily 15-20mins run gives me around 800k gold (but of course there's requirements for this, need membership)
1) Buy Fire/Wind/Body runes from Magic Guild, Lunar Isle, Void Knight Outpost. 3000 runes, 150k gold needed, sell in GE for 500k gold~.
2) Buying Feather Runs. Lumbridge/Port Sarim/Al Kharid(shantay pass there), Fishing Guild, Draynor Mansion. 25k needed, sell in GE for 250k gold.
3) Buy Broad Arrowheads from slayer masters. 300k needed, sell for 426k gold.
4) Create Vis Wax and sell. Profit ranges from 350k-500k.

For skill-less money making, no requirements.

you can head to wilderness and farm Cursed Energies. This should net u around 800k++ gold per hour. Video here

Of course since you're at the wilderness, you risk getting PKed and lose all ur cursed energies(which also means "gold"). I suggest banking every 15mins or so just to be safe, lesser gold per hour, but at least u don't risk too much.

As a new player, i suggest doing that till you got roughly 1million gold. That should enable u to buy all the the items from Bronze-Rune set already. Also, since you're new, i highly recommend you to turn on Revolution combat system, gives you higher DPS when you're in combat. Buying Rune Hatchet and Rune Pickaxe and placing them in your Toolbelt, automatically gives access to all Bronze-Rune hatchet/pickaxe depending on ur woodcut and mining level. If u have like 50k gold, i highly recommend to just one shot buy those 2 and add to ur toolbelt.

I don't think you have buy membership immediately, you should be able to play as F2P up to lvl 50 or so. At least complete all the F2P quest, hit lvl 50 str/atk/def then start saving gold for Bonds (Exchange bonds for membership).

Also,
i highly recommend you to purchase 2000 Feathers every 24hrs as F2P, or as P2P. It should cost you roughly 12k gold only, and u can resell it for almost 100k gold. And all it takes is 1.5mins! But yes, u can only do it once every 24hrs (since shop takes 24hours to restock back up to 1000 feathers each). The feather shops are at Lumbridge Fishing Shop and Port Sarim fishing shop

Adding on, do purchase Air/Body/Fire runes from magic shops every 24hr also.
Burthorpe magic shop sells 300 Air/Fire and 100 Body Runes. Costs 11800gold, and u can sell for 8700+32400+3600 gold. EZ 30k profit. (Of course farming cursed energies will yield you more profit/hr, but it's still free money here anyway). Can also buy from Port Sarim magic shop and Varrock rune shop. Port Sarim can be done with feather runs, so u save time and get extra money. Varrock one quite far though, so only do it if you're near. 3 shops is almost 90k profit easily without any skilling requirements liao.

Can just slowly play in F2P ba, while earning gold. Once you hit 50 in all F2P skills (maybe except prayer), then u can consider going P2P liao. With 50 in all skills, u should be able to earn 1million a day, in roughly 1-1.5hours of playtime. Do that for 14days, and you should be able to maintain ur membership by purely playing RuneScape.

[Side note]
Of course there are other ways of earning gold as F2P, but those i listed have almost 0 requirements, making it very easy for new beginners to earn gold.

By the time u hit those stats, i should be roughly finish exam liao, just nice in time :X
