Logically, no one would buy at 1200. But not everyone is rational. Emotions is a huge factor.

Was near MBFC for coffee this afternoon, saw a string of 3 OLA branded public buses. Seriously, how much is the developer spending on marketing?

I feel that the developers of OLA disadvantaged themselves to a large extent by delaying the launch for about 3 weeks since e application close till 19/3. It should have launched one week after when the marketing momentum was generating hype.

The hype of this project seems to be overtaken by Kopar, although both are targeting different market audience.

This is very hopeful. I doubt it will be so high. I suspect 40-50% for opening weekend max. Expensive EC right in the heart of economic downturn, right opposite a hospital when WHO just announced pandemic

Totally agree with you. Can’t understand why the drag when e app close on 1/3. So much have being spent on marketing, they shd start ballot when it’s still hot

Ola developer most likely will do a closed door balloting like Parc Canberra.. and the buyers will be notified of their Ballot Sequence and come according to their time slot..

If the equity market does not recover in time, I predict only 20% sales on launch weekend because many newbies will be stuck in stocks.

The developer will regret wasting the cash spent on unnecessary advertising and not saving it for free Lexus lucky draw.
