Sales like not very good based on your update. Looks like the 500k chandelier and media corp artist not much impact. Buyers still quite mindful of psf and entry price especially under such climate, most of us are expecting the price to be more reasonable, definitely not something close to 1200psf.

Personal opinion is that it would cross about 250 units sold, less than Parc Canberra but in current market quite good take up- estimated 11xxpsf. There is strong product differentiation in this EC and bounced out units at Rivercove is also at 10xxpsf, which I thought Ola was better in both locale and product.

I guess that ola will not cross 200 on first day. Who is with me?
If really can cross 250 units, I think the 3 properties I am holding now got very good chance in raising my asking price.

If it crosses 200units on the first day, its already 36% of sales. Considering its close to 1200psf and for that location, quite formidable.
