we never point a gun at the buyers to force them to sign on the dotted line, of cos we are safe.. the discounts are usually those non-ideal stacks.. even if today give u $60k for units right in front of rubbish chute, you also wont take la, right?i usually block those that are rude..:s8:

Eye big big also blame the sky ,blame the earth for choosing one ‘expensive but lousy’ unit ?

If you believe you have beaten the earlier buyers with this ‘discount’ , take it or at least get your family to buy .

Otherwise you may heart sour sour later .

By right the market should be so strong, so hot, and so bullish, that no discounts need to be given at all. Buy ECs always 100% earn based on history, so why need to give discounts? Never see people buy from HDB and HDB give discounts.

19 in Jan 2021 > 10 in Dec 2020 > 9 in Nov 2020 > 8 in Oct 2020 > 7 in Sep 2020

Sales picking up!

With 300 more to sell, 20 a month should help it sell finish in 15+ months. Still before TOP.

No need to spend money on overseas holiday anymore. Staying in the multimillion dollar luxury HDBs and ECs is as good as holiday!

Hope govt can increase TDSR to 95% to help you achieve your goal.

Realistically speaking Sengkang BTO sure won’t cross $1mil, cos that would be unimaginable... my guess for OLA upon MOP is $13xx-14xxpsf by 2028..
