Realistically speaking Sengkang BTO sure won’t cross $1mil, cos that would be unimaginable... my guess for OLA upon MOP is $13xx-14xxpsf by 2028..

EC going from <800psf in 2015 to 1,100+psf in 2019 (only 4 years) was also "unimaginable". Of course back then 1,200sqft 3 bedder EC was the norm. Now it is 950sqft? Next time 800sqft? Then $1,400psf would be doable. See how the developers play with the market again lo. Sinkies don't seem to mind 800sqft 3 bedders.

$1.4k psf probably can. Just how long it takes to sell.

$1.1+k psf took pretty long to sell already.

Parc Canberra super good imo nearest to MRT and upcoming Canberra Plaza.. but not everyone likes Canberra..

Committed buyers just be happy and don't think about what is already done till 7 years later after MOP. Meanwhile... look forward to living luxury EC life in less than 2 years! Got time better start practising taking the LRT, very confusing for newbies!

No wonder the condo near SGH /TTSH /NTFH/CGH are unwanted and cheap .

take it as a norm that prices double up every 15 yrs so by 2035 we shall see average psf like $3500?

It is funny how they blame the poor sales on heaven and earth, just not on the pricing. In fact the developers still think the pricing remains affordable.

Close to a year since OLA launch.

Caveat up till 7 March 2021:
249 over 548 sold. 45.4%.

Launch weekend 167 sold. Launch till 7 March 2021, 82 units moved.
