Hence I Kaypo Tampines triliant EC. Newly MOP. Launch back in 2012. Reached MOP recently.

To be fair yes they did earn but the timeline to exit an EC is around 8/9 years.

2012 was near or at market peak, can make profit is already very good. A lot of PCs launched during that time still underwater now.

Anyway this year economy is forecast to be worst since 2003, the recession is going to be worse than the 2009 financial crisis when property prices tanked 25%, all the kumgongs rushing in to buy overpriced new launches like this are going to be decapitated.

On another hand, there’s a group of PC buyers that entered 3 years later but reaps more profit (as compared to 2012 EC Buyers) in less than 5 years.

A similar size 3 bedder PC but diff location.
