PG should raise to $1.3k psf
And SKG to $2k psf

Then can also declare and celebrate that condos in SK region hit the $2k psf mark.

If OLA sengkang EC is going for $1,200psf, obviously its a better choice to buy PC, resale or other new launches. There are so many cheap resales in SK/PG, more than half are below $1,200psf, who in the right mind will buy OLA?

I dunno why u need to use such strong words..
Even though I shocked that still got people buy in at an expensive price now even at this unknow economy going forward. Not at any discount u keep mentioning.

But It could be just a simple matter of choice. Ola present itself as an luxury project.

Just like if u go eat fine dinning, people say u are out of your mind when u can just eat the same food at another cheaper restaurant ? Or y u drive a luxury car when u could achieve the same with a bread and butter car ?

Anyway propert market crash or chiong up does not really matter to me since I already got my unit early. I prefer to look at stock market now as I am holding mostly cash. But from the look for it, once economy recover, property market most likely will chiong up a new height

That quantum could get a move in ready PC which can be sold 3 years from now, lower PSF than lower floor.

2nd highest floor too. Also 3+1.
But diff location la.

No matter what price, there'll always be people saying it's expensive. Esparina launched back in 2010 at 7xx psf. Some bought, some said the buyers are crazy buy ulu location EC at 7xx psf.

At the end of the day, if your friend thinks there'll be appreciation and likes the location then it'll be worth it to them

Ya, they happy then ok lor. For me, buying EC is just for the so called prestige. I will not buy small living spaces at such high price. I think they are living in Punggol now, shift to Seng Kang lor.
