There's also food stalls on the 2nd level iirc. Used to park there, grab a meal before heading to Funan and Adelphi.This is the photo of the Hill Street Centre. It had a food court on ground floor.
It was closed in 2000 and demolished in 2002.
The patriarch of the Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodles had a stall there.
I ate there and it was delicious.
None of the present stalls in Crawford + Hong Lim can match.
