Lake view RCR already $23xxpsf, this one nearer to CBD plus sea view how much would u estimate, guessing up north of $3000psf. But then again not everyone would like living in CBD.

Apparently, only the 2BR+S and 3BR are south-facing. I wonder if there’s actually family demand for such units hmm

It could be a strategy to keep quantum low by allocating not so big units to the more favourable facing and then put in place higher psf. I think both 2+S and 3 bedder are decent sizes for a family already.

The 3bedroom sizes are quite big 1421sqf.. saw prices of 1bedroom from 1.01m and 2bedroom from 1.62m

But the large units at Sky Everton aren’t moving leh.

Both have the same sea view. One Bernam’s location is better vs. Sky Everton that is FH

This area has a lot of en-bloc action. CDL is launching Fuji Xerox (FH + Mixed + Seaview) next year

The Fuji Xerox building (see CDL’s presentation) is way nicer than One Bernam.

one thing is I doubt this one bernam site would be launch very expensive maybe 22-23xxpsf up? The concern would be those resale owners looking to exit there at the moment. The fuji one likely to be more expensive. No?

Which resale owners are you referring to? Altez, Skysuites, Icon?

Fuji Xerox will likely have a premium over Sky Everton’s pricing, with its better location and mix-use (FH in GSW)
