As long as that 60% ABSD don't get lifted, there will be little upside to buying a property right in the heart of the CBD. Guess all these buyers have a gambling streak in them that PAP will reduce the 60% in the coming years.

why only BT dare to say the % cut direct ?

how many units sold last weekend cut more than 20 % and above ?
