Actually, the biggest impact would be on the mid-floor Altez and Skysuites units.

Supply and demand is a very strange thing. ....
Shunpoon limited units so supply is fixed. Spiral inflation more rich people appear either locally or from overseas the demand will only go up. So price will eventually shoot up.
Lanpoon on the other hand will not attract more people. Only more lanpoon holders want to sell off “exit”. So price will eventually slide downward

Barely $100M TWD very cheap compare to our prime price Taipei units. If Taiwanese rich people can migrate to SG easily they’ll sure go to buy

When GSW PSA plot gets developed the sea views will get diminished ( unless exceedingly high floor ) and by then going by how things are moving that 3kpsf might just become a steal..

if 3k for that sea view becomes a steal then I think many condos around Singapore can HUAT big already.. especially the ones at Amber Park w view too.
