Stack 12 is forced to tilt west because it will be otherwise blocked by Fuji Xerox

All the floor plan Jialat leh...common rooms no full height windows, lack of enclosed kitchen and the shapes are odd.

no leh. Many new launch have common room w full height window, see Irwell Hill Residences two bedder.. chio. Lanpoon alr One Bernam, good location less than ideal product .

saw it Type E2 penthouse 1948sqft
I think that's the only top floor unit as penthouse so this is the shun-unit,$5-6M fair price just get it
