Yes. And AMEX can use in alot of places such as popular/times/zara/whatever. You just do not use it as much as VISA/MASTERCARD though.

AMEX Imagine is considered a pre-paid, so you may not be able to use it for some online purchases such as Microsoft Office 365/Azure or other subscription based purchases.

Do not underestimate this card, at least for my 1+ years of using it, I've pretty gotten:

1) at least 5% rebate (cos I never visit those 3% rebate stores)
2) at least 6~10% rebate during GSS
3) at least 1x 60SGD and 1x 20SGD gift credits (because I spent 50SGD/mth on both occasion)
4) at least 5 cups of tea/coffee at 25% to 99% discount (just because...)

need to watch out for the annual fees end of this year though

1) It is better than UOB ONE for Singtel Bills.
2) No need to care about annual fee waivers.

Still worth it if you like the design, and dig the AMEX print, it is the PRETTIEST Ez-link card out there.
