Of course need to take the minimum spending into calculation to strategise the card combo. So the best combo would differ for different spending pattern.

I thought payment by CC at Singapore Power offices would be of interest to people who aren't aware that this can be done to help hit minimum spend.

Can consider as part of "one card one use" strategy ...

you can go to pay town council fee at your town council office too,also VISA master only. help for minimal spending.
another way is telco main shop pay bill.

No need to go down to pwc to pay now. Can pay using axs app using mastercard. I just tried it this month.
