It's very easy to remove the battery, use a penknife to peel off the front starting from the red cross. Peel all the way until the LCD panel. Use a small screw driver to lift up the circuit board again starting from the red cross point. You may need to break 3 red weldments. There, you can remove the CR2016 battery. After replacing the battery, it came up with a lock pin mode, you can't unlock it, call their help desk, they say to you have to pay them $15/- for new token after 1-yr ..

i think u should just go to the bank for a replacement and for OCBC, its free unless u lose it then must make a payment of $20 if I'm not wrong.Hi, just to check have you all dispose the onekey token?
