Recent new launch Midtown Modern, Irwell Hill the nhmber of cheques also about 1200 above, but those projects has a lot more units, conversion rate is about 1/4 ~ 300plus units sold. So if this One North Eden conversion rate is 1/5 means all sold on day one.

Doubt it will sold out on 1st day. bulk are still those buyers looking at 1 to 2 bedders due to quantum play.
