Even without AI scene enhancement, whenever they need to do some sort of HDR, colours seems to "pop" more, especially reds and greens. And seems like the more processing a shot needs, the more it pops. lol. It looks okay on its own, but is definitely more "processed" looking. not just colour, dynamic range, but also sharpening. and brightness is on the higher side too. personally, would prefer something a bit more natural looking.
night time shots in particular i feel is affected even more. the more processing the camera does, the more "green-ish" it look in certain situations.
Also, because it does more processing at night, and does so automatically, there is a bit more "delay" when you click the shutter button. The shot below I clicked the button at the same time, but the car is further away on the OP11.
oh well. camera hardware is definitely decent one. but it's just oneplus processing isn't as good. always feel like they're being hamstrung by BBK. like can't let them eat into the sales of their blue and green sister brands too much lol.
