got from hazeltech also lor, same as the other bro here thats why i was asking alot of questions. But they also ship from CN and coz of CNY period etc and they only re-open and send out on 18, although till now its still not in sg yet. So long as all functions work properly incl NFC, google wallet and OTA, i dun mind CN sets not having esim.

No region lock for china sets?

if im not wrong , CN sets, they reflash to Global ROM (Indian Oxygen OS)
but not sure if they are able to lock the bootloader after that

because if not able to lock it , then cannot pass safety net , and then netflix , banking apps, singpass sure cannot

yes. $20 discount from shop. had a $68 off $1000 voucher from shopee. Both can stack together. I added some other items as well just to hit the $1000 to use that $68 off voucher.

i wonder if singpass still won't work now. i had an error when logging in on CN Redmi K70 Pro a few weeks back, but a few days back randomly decided to try again and was able to log in despite there not being an app update (maybe they changed something on their backend). still got an error regarding "signing certificate" or something, but i'm able to log in to gov e-services using the app as per normal. not sure what restriction not having "signing certificate" will have though. so perhaps those using CN OP12 can try again and see if still same.

if u look back at the previous questions, i asked the guy who bought from them, he said he did not even ask and just bought it. I asked the seller myself and they also said the same thing about gpay and NFC

ah, that's unfortunate. I wonder why that's the case and why suddenly k70 pro was suddenly able to log in. i remember trying on an iqoo neo 9 pro about a month back and was able to sign in to with CN OS. doesn't make sense to me why Singpass is so fussy where banking apps and google pay both would work. anyway, at least this might be a sign that things will eventually be fixed on singpass side.

this kinda reminds me of my interaction with a similar seller on shopee. when i had GPS issue with an iqoo neo9 pro i bought from one of them (pretty sure some of them are the same seller just using a different name), the seller told me to try and install Apple Maps on the phone and see if it works... so personally, i'll take what they say with a grain of salt and research more here. other users here already mentioned their unit can use google pay just fine.

Android auto - Available on the phone. Works or not, i don't know since i don't use it.

oh ya to correct myself, i read it wrongly the chat with my source, its not 1st 200 will get by 28 feb, its shipping end march no matter what, not the 1st 200 ship 28 feb i said earlier. Reason given is CN warehouse issue, only able to ship out of CN ard 200 confirm secured units to SG warehouse ard 25 March

lol even more bad news, confirm 25 feb preorder at 1399, but the PO stands for 1 month b4 shipping out on 28 March. Same goes for 12R, and 12R official SG price is 999.

btw, the reason why its giving the 80W charger is coz officially only the 80W one has UK/EU socket that is available seperately. There is a 100W one but is CN/US socket only
