yah i have this case too. love it but switched to a magsafe case... sigh damn magsafe cases don't work with the wireless charging

Prob the only few left that carry uv glue tempered glass is hardware mobile, but tbh not that fond of their application+brand, coz the glue tend overflow to the sides everytime I used to buy from them, and probably there's fingerprint issues too. Moved on to the uv glass-like matte ones from HP inspiration ever since and never looked back. There's still sellers online that sell glass, but those you gotta install yourself.

yah big fan of HP inspiration - tried both matte and clear screen protectors from them... highly recommended

Yea. I got the phone plus the OnePlus watch 2 for around $1000+ and the phone feels as good as galaxy watch 6 classic. was a pretty good deal for 11.11 even black Friday doesn't have such a great deal when I checked.

With the current release of new phones with sd 8 elite and mtk 9400, I think you can get better deals looking at other models as this model quite old liao,or even wait OP13. China set Vivo x200 pro base model only 800+ with sale currently.

Only if you get the phone without anything, maybe can get around 880 or so as they are default 16G+512G phones. 12.12 is the next opportunity. If you add-on the sandstone case and SG socket 100W VOCC charger, add about 60 bucks.

The local set is clean with no junk app bundle/with ads, just google apps, sanitized oneplus suite of apps on oxygen OS 14 (update to 15 after you setup) with 1 sim slot and 1 certified esim with 2 years warranty. They package the goods properly for delivery as compared to those selling china sets... Some online stores are scammy especially when they don't have stock, just be prepared by paying with credit card in case you need to chargeback.

Updates on my non-local oneplus 12. I haven't seen a feature on os15 which i needed.

This is the setting i have on 8.30 (Bluetooth/location/nfc/mobile data on/ intel service on for security)

1. screen resolution set to high (But if standard looks good enough -> can just go on standard)
2. refresh rate set to high and manually set refresh rates (I put 90hz for most and 120hz for commonly used)
3. Network -> under dev options, turn off mobile data always active and turn on wifi scan throttling. Turn off 5g network (optional)
4. set animation speed to fast. (Can compare oneplus animation speed option to windows animation scale to 0.5
5. Smart charging all those but sleep standby optimization is the more impt one
6. Ram extension - can switch to lowest or just turn it off. (there is no way to track the battery drain on this and i am not recording battery everyday)

Don't be too hasty on battery life and let the battery machine learn first

On 8.40 currently
Pretty much these are what we can do since we don't have software like Bixby routines/shortcuts

6month mark of always charging it to 100% and 105% - 1% loss in battery

hmm u can check the case brand "MAKAVO" on amazon - i'm currently using their magsafe - no complains but never tried using a magsafe powerbank to charge... sigh magsafe case definitely don't work with the oneplus wireless charger

edit: i just tried poetic guardian magsafe case and it works perfectly with oneplus wireless charger which i believe will work with magsafe style powerbank (disclaimer: i don't use magsafe powerbank).

ah i just tried out poetic guardian mag safe case for op12 - just like to share that this case works perfectly with one plus wireless charger. finally found a magsafe case that's compatible with wireless charging.
