Nowdays it's their system auto ban one. Like if your family members account using same card payment, same IP address (if using wifi) etc and those accounts use big vouchers, there's a chance will trigger the soft ban. Quite a number of people kenna during the last 11.11 sale.
I think it's via Mac id of your phone not really those tho.. ie using multiple accounts in the same phone ...

For sure not by same phone. I kenna before. Different account on separate phone. What's common is just card and probably wifi as sometimes I connect to home wifi.

The trigger is only for big vouchers if not wrong. Small vouchers the system don't care.

wat? thats how family works, isnt it? strange system they did lol
I think it's their way to prevent abuse of multiple accounts on big vouchers usage. And there is no point trying to talk to their support team as they will just give you standard reply that you should not share account or use multiple account. After which they will not do anytning.

Also oxygenOS codings are now based off ColorOS, so naturally Oppo devices get the new updates 1st. Then in terms of region based releases for OxygenOS, its always India 1st then NA/EU/Global. Check the community device circles page to see if theres any new updates for India models, our global models come after that.
