To be more precise, it's the battery cover.

ouch. Well it is quite easy to replace the back metal as its just a pop up and not glued together.

i tried with those prying tools also damn hard to remove

there's not waterproof certification but youtubers have tested it to be pretty resistant to water so most probably it will be fine

I actually have not used the original cable that came with the phone as I find it too short. I bought a 1.5M dash cable when I first bought the phone and has been using it ever since.

Just to update that I contacted oneplus local service centre, they say they don't have spare parts to replace white sandstone battery cover.

It also took them 2 working days to tell me that. Bad customer experience.
