Ya.. I am waiting for the customer service now... See they can update for me now or not.. Number 10.. still waiting.. haha

At least got some movement ba..

how to update the value? send receipt to the customer service? how many more days will that take again?

Yes you will get an email stating that you have received the parcel and that it needs additional information before it can be shipped.

After that just follow the instructions from there wor.. Quite straight forward..

Now trying to see if i can speed this up and not have to wait again.. wahaha

Click on "To update the actual value of your shipment, please complete our online form by clicking here."

It will redirect you to a form, where you need to input
1. the corrected value
2. delivery tracking number
3. invoice in pdf or image extension
4. the URL that you purchased the item from

I think the entire process will take another 1-2 days for sure. Their shipping partner doesn't operate during the weekends, so delivery for me will definitely be next week.


As for others who hasn't got their borderlinx updated, the CSO mentioned that their backlog should be cleared by this week (aka this Friday).

Any idea how to opt in for Insurance? Somehow I can’t find the opt in button

It's on the second or third page.. like you select your credit card, I think next page is already asking you about insurance

Weird. Mine has. But I am forced to get it because the estimated cost is already above usd$250. Maybe there's a bug that doesn't show the checkbox if your item costs less than usd$250
